 Structured Feedback
Upward Feedback and 360° Feedback is about development and improvement, not about judgement or appraisal. Feedback will: - Enable the manager to receive candid and accurate feedback from their team, peer group, customers and line manager
- Help the manager understand how others perceive their actions
- Helps managers understand what others want more, less or the same of against a broad series of behaviours
- Give equal weight to Management and Leadership, task and people.
- Give confidential feedback, firstly facilitated to the manager and then between the observers and the manager.
- Assist in Coaching and developing the manager
- Build the relationship between manager those they interact with
- Improve employee engagement.
