Feedback will: 
 
  • Enable the manager to receive candid and accurate feedback from their team, peer group, customers and line manager
  • Help the manager understand how others perceive their actions
  • Helps managers understand what others want more, less or the same of against a broad series of behaviours
  • Give equal weight to Management and Leadership, task and people.
  • Give confidential feedback, firstly facilitated to the manager and then between the observers and the manager.
  • Assist in Coaching and developing the manager
  • Build the relationship between manager those they interact with
  • Improve employee engagement.
